Timothy Krabill Sphr

Timothy Krabill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive work experience in the HR field, particularly in the cruise industry. Timothy currently serves as the Senior Director of Shipboard HR at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Prior to this, they held various roles within the Holland America Group, including Director of Hotel Talent Acquisition and Senior Fleet People Consultant. Timothy also worked at Virgin Voyages as the Director of People & Culture (HR) Shipboard. Timothy's earlier experience includes positions at Holland America Group, where they served as the Senior Manager of Fleet Human Resources, Head of College and University Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Manager. Overall, Timothy has extensive knowledge and expertise in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and shipboard HR management.

Timothy Krabill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Albion College between 1994 and 1998. Timothy furthered their professional development by obtaining certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2009 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
