Simon Girling

Simon Girling is an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz London since July 2002, where the establishment holds a 1 Michelin Star. With a solid foundation in the hospitality industry, Simon previously served as Executive F&B Operations Manager and in various restaurant management roles, including at Michel Rostang @ Le Meridien Hotel under a 2 Michelin Star Chef. Other notable positions include General Manager roles at The Greenhouse, City Rhodes, and The Castle Hotel Taunton, each of which has received Michelin Star recognition. Simon's career began as a Trainee Manager at The Imperial Hotel, Torquay, after completing education at York College of Arts and Technology and St Johns School Leatherhead, among others.
