Paul Hulme is an accomplished professional in water management and hydrogeology, currently serving as the Technical Manager for the Catchment Monitoring Cooperative at The Rivers Trust since March 2022. With extensive experience dating back to a career that began in the late 1970s, Paul has held significant roles including Director at PJHYDRO LIMITED, Technical Director for Catchment Management and Hydrogeology at Stantec, Principal Scientist at the Environment Agency, and Senior Scientist at the National Groundwater and Contaminated Land Centre. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Water Resources Technology & Management from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Paul’s expertise encompasses a wide range of projects related to catchment management, environmental protection, and groundwater modelling.
