Pg Dip. Env. Eng. Constanze O'Toole

Constanze O'Toole, PhD, PG Dip. Env. Eng., currently serves as the Ireland Development Manager at The Rivers Trust since May 2021, following a role as a Medical Information Specialist at IQVIA from December 2020 to March 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant in the Consular Section of the German Embassy from November 2019 to November 2020, and as a Functional Support Officer at Irish Water between August 2016 and April 2017. Academic experience encompasses postdoctoral research at Trinity College Dublin on the BioChange project, funded by the Environmental Protection Agency, and a comparative study at Université Pierre et Marie Curie in France. O'Toole completed a PhD in Freshwater Ecology at Trinity College Dublin and holds a Higher Diploma in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, alongside an Erstes Staatsexamen for a post-primary science teaching qualification from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
