Carlie Stogis

Carlie Stogis currently serves as Vice President of Industrial Property Management at Stream Realty Partners, overseeing the operations of a growing industrial portfolio in the Chicago market and providing leadership to the Property Management team since August 2022. Stogis has been the Chairperson of the Industrial Committee at BOMA/Suburban Chicago since 2014, focusing on developing educational opportunities for members and recently expanded involvement at the international committee level. Previous roles include General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, where management of a large industrial portfolio of over 30 assets took place, and Real Estate Manager at Industrial Developments International, overseeing approximately 5 million square feet of industrial space. Stogis began a career in property management at Colliers International, progressing from Property Administrator to Assistant Property Manager and culminating as Property Manager, managing a diverse portfolio. Initial experience included Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant roles at Lincoln Property Company. Stogis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University.
