Jesse Abair

Mr. Abair is Vice President, Development for The RMR Group, where he leads a team that is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, design, entitlement and leasing of all development projects managed by RMR. He joined RMR in 2017 as an Assistant General Counsel, providing legal counsel and permitting oversight with respect to the company’s development projects. Previously, Mr. Abair was a partner at a Boston law firm, where he managed a comprehensive real estate practice that included assisting clients with land use regulation and development approvals. In addition to his over 15 years of experience in real estate development, Mr. Abair was also an elected member of the Jamaica Plain (Boston) Neighborhood Council, serving on the Council’s Zoning Committee. Mr. Abair earned a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
