James Wall

James Wall is an experienced Director at Rockefeller Group, having also held various roles in real estate analysis and development at JLL, HFF, and CapRock Partners. At Rockefeller Group, James is responsible for financial analyses of acquisition and disposition opportunities in the Western Region. Prior to their current role, James underwrote acquisitions totaling over $2.0B in capitalization and gained experience in underwriting real estate transactions, providing marketing recommendations, and managing office and industrial portfolios. James began their career as an intern, supporting acquisitions and asset management teams. James received their education from The University of Alabama.
