Jim Oligino

Jim Oligino serves as Real Estate Counsel at Rockefeller Group since June 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of Associate at Latham & Watkins from November 2020 to May 2023 and at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2016 to November 2020, focusing on commercial real estate. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Jim also worked as a Research Assistant at The American Law Institute and as a Legal Assistant in commercial real estate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from June 2011 to July 2013. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Leasing Consultant at Renewable Properties and a Summer Intern at Laura Davidson Public Relations. Jim earned a BA in Communications from Boston College and a law degree from Boston University School of Law.
