Michael Elliott has a diverse background encompassing both entrepreneurship and extensive experience in military intelligence operations. Since August 2019, Michael has served as the owner of Pancake Pandemonium, a food truck offering unique pancake flavors and breakfast sandwich sliders, including the popular NM Mayhem. Alongside this venture, Michael has worked as an RPA Simulator Console Operator at The Rockhill Group, Inc. since March 2015, providing mission support for various simulator operations. Michael's previous roles in the military include overseeing intelligence operations and training for remotely piloted aircraft, with positions at the 49th Operations Support Squadron, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, 6th Reconnaissance Squadron, and 15th Reconnaissance Squadron. Michael holds educational credentials from New Mexico State University-Alamogordo and Pikes Peak State College.
