Neil Huson

Neil Huson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and New Business Development Officer for The Rogan Group since June 2003, Neil focuses on expanding relationships with partner agents and brokers in the Pacific Northwest, overseeing staffing goals, managing search projects, and contributing to the company's growth strategies. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Senior Vice President at Marsh Inc., leading the Portland, Oregon office after the acquisition of Johnson & Higgins, where Neil served as Sales Manager and Head of Office. Neil's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from the University of Arizona, completed in the early 1960s.
