Allyson Pifko

Allyson Pifko is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational management and leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Rogosin Institute since June 2006, Pifko is responsible for overseeing and evaluating the Institute's programs while ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with operational standards. Prior to this role, Pifko held multiple positions at New York Organ Donor Network, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations & Compliance Officer. Early career experience includes nursing roles at Good Samaritan Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Pifko holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University, obtained in 1991.
