Bridget Oosthuizen

Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms. Oosthuizen was a member of the Human Resources team at Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG. Ms. Oosthuizen is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in HR operations, payroll, employee benefits, and reporting. Ms. Oosthuizen is also known for her excellent communication skills and her ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of an organization. Her strong interpersonal skills and empathy enable her to understand employee needs and concerns, and to develop effective solutions to address them.

Ms Oosthuizen has a Certificate in Practical Labour Law from the University of Cape Town.
