Diego Parma

Diego Parma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trading and operations across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Trader at The Rohatyn Group since March 2023, Diego previously held positions including Proprietary Equity Trader at T3 Trading Group, LLC, and Consultant for Emerging Markets Trading at Fiera Capital, where responsibilities included guiding the setup of trading and risk management for a significant fund acquisition. Diego’s background also includes leadership roles such as Director and Head of Trading at Caravel Management LLC, where a trading desk was institutionalized, and Partner and Head of Trading/Risk at Triogem Asset Management, which launched a top-ranked Emerging Markets fund. Earlier in the career, Diego held senior trading positions at Tiedemann Investment Group, Fortis Financial Group, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Lehman Brothers, and began as an Associate at First Fidelity Securities after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
