Cara Lenz

Cara Lenz is a seasoned Leadership Transformation Coach, Consultant, and Speaker, currently leading initiatives at Cara Lenz Coaching and Consulting since August 2018. Concurrently, Cara serves as a Leadership Coach and HR Consultant at The ROIG Group. Previous experience includes key roles at Apple from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Talent and Development Manager and Market HR Manager. Prior to that, Cara worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Best Buy from 2007 to 2012. Cara holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Northern Iowa.
