Previous experience includes key roles at Apple from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Talent and Development Manager and Market HR Manager. Prior to that, Cara worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Best Buy from 2007 to 2012. Cara holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Northern Iowa.
