A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Chartered Global Management Accountants, and the Association for Project Management, Ian was educated at Coventry University, Manchester Business School and Oxford Saïd Business School.
Professionally, Ian is the founder and Managing Director of Devereaux Kelly Associates – a business consultancy providing support across multiple sectors. Prior to this, Ian spent a significant part of his career in the areas of strategic planning, transformational change and corporate governance. In recent times, Ian led an award-winning transformation programme – one of the largest and most complex investments of its kind in UK industry across Royal Mail’s UK business.

The Romero Catholic Academy
The Romero Catholic Academy exists to secure 3-19 Catholic Education in Coventry. They are a multi-academy company and an integral part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham; their founders are the Barberi and Newman Academy Trust. They work closely with the Diocesan Department of Education, the Local Authority, the Department for Education, their local academies and schools, local business and commerce, and the wider community.
