Arek Verhees

Arek Verhees has a strong background in sales and management, with experience in various roles spanning several years. Most recently, they served as the Managing Director for The Romo Group, where they led and developed the Dutch operation of the company. Arek cultivated a collaborative and motivated team culture and ensured open communication channels within the team and across departments. Prior to that, Verhees was the Director of Tarkett Commercial Netherlands at Tarkett, where they focused on the healthcare, workplace, education, hospitality, and industry segments. Arek'soverall mission was to build long-term relationships with end users, architects, contractors, and installers that were crucial to the business. Verhees also held roles such as Sales and Marketing Director, Category Manager, Residential Sales Manager, and District Manager throughout their career.

Arek Verhees completed an Executive Education program in Business Leadership at London Business School in 2018. Arek earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerciële Economie from HAN University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2007. In 2014, they also completed a Management program at Krauthammer.
