Elana Broitman

Elana Broitman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, government relations, and international policy. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Roosevelt Group and a Professor at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, Broitman also holds the position of Senior Vice President for Public Affairs at the Jewish Federations of North America, where responsibilities include advancing advocacy agendas and combatting antisemitism. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Global Citizen and Senior Advisor to Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, covering national security and foreign policy issues. Broitman has directed New America’s New York Think Tank and served as a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from Trinity University.
