Mike Edge has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Hospitality Manager at The Rose Group since October 2019. Previously, Mike held managerial positions at Landmark Americana and Tio Juan's Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, where responsibilities included overseeing operations as General Manager and Kitchen Manager. Additional experience includes a managerial role at Mesa Fresh Mexican Grill and at Mangia, where exceptional customer service was prioritized. Early career roles include AKM at Red Robin and Shift Supervisor at Abington Memorial Hospital, focusing on team leadership and customer satisfaction. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2009.
