Kelly R. has extensive experience in occupational therapy and social care, currently serving as a Children's Occupational Therapist at NHS since September 2013, focusing on children with learning disabilities across various educational settings. In addition, Kelly has been an Outreach Worker and Assistant Respite Unit Manager at The Rose Road Association since September 1999. Previous roles include Children's Occupational Therapist and Social Care Occupational Therapist at Social Services from February 2012 to May 2014, where assessments were conducted for adults and older clients to enhance independence and functionality. Kelly's career began at NHS as a Health Care Support Worker from 1998 to 2003, supporting professionals in a special needs school. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southampton, along with a foundation degree in Health and Social Care and qualifications in health and social care and sign language.
