Mandy Aleksiak

Mandy Aleksiak is the Audience Services Director at The Rose Theater. Mandy has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and project management.

Mandy began their career as a Project Manager & Customer Support Liaison at eOne Group in April 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer support issues and work assignments. Mandy also monitored progress on work orders and new projects to stay within budget.

In April 2005, Mandy left eOne Group to pursue a career in theater. Mandy has worked in various theaters across the country, including The Rose Theater. In their current role, they manage the box office, concessions, and guest services. Mandy is also responsible for training and supervising the theater's staff.

Mandy Aleksiak has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where their major was Organizational Communication and their minor was Mathematics. Mandy also has a bachelors from Northwest Missouri State University.

They are on a team with Kelsey Glynn - Box Office Manager, Dana Rose - Marketing Assistant, and Biannah Peji-Palm - Broadway at The Rose Manager. Mandy Aleksiak reports to Kori Radloff, Marketing & Public Relations Director.
