Seth Rosenblum

Seth Rosenblum has been leading The Rosenblum Companies since returning to his native Albany in 2005, after gaining experience in property management and brokerage in the Boston and Washington, DC markets. Together with co-principal Jeff Mirel, he’s proud to continue the legacy of quality and innovation that his father, Jack, built while scaling and diversifying considerably – the company’s holdings and staff have grown by over 400% since 2015.

As operations lead, asset manager and principal broker, Seth’s role at the company is as diverse as its portfolio. His personal mission includes focusing on the little things that make the company’s properties stand out, and finding new ways to exceed client expectations. Seth’s passion is to draw upon a synergy of financial, architectural, technological and operational solutions, turning complicated problems into opportunities. While he’s proud of every company project, the 2016 acquisition of the Beltrone commercial portfolio allowed him to flex his financial muscles in new ways and reposition these top-located yet aging properties for another generation.

Seth is a native of Albany and Guilderland, NY and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University School of Management. He resides in Albany with his wife, and stays on his toes outside of work thanks to being surrounded by four very active children and one hyperactive poodle. Working hard and playing hard often means hiking, skiing, spinning and just about anything else fitness or outdoors. He is also actively involved with the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Abraham-Jacob in Albany.
