Angie holds a B.A. from Capital Normal University where she majored in English Language and Literature. Originally from Beijing, Angie came to the US in 2015 to pursue her master’s degree. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 with a Master of Education and a major in Foreign Language Education. Since 2017 she has been a full-time Mandarin teacher at Ross Lower School. Angie enjoys woking with the wonderful students here, alongside supportive and professional colleagues, and is especially proud of her students’ achievements hearing them speak to her in her native language. She has also sung in an a cappella choir for 15 years and has been practicing tai-chi for 6 years.
