Rachel Flinn's work experience begins in 2013 at Lawtons Drugs, where they worked as a Beauty Advisor until 2018. Following this, they joined O2 Wellness as a Front Desk Receptionist from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Rachel became a Supervisor at Source For Sports, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are employed at The Rounds, where they started as a Customer Success Associate in January 2022 and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in May 2023.

Rachel Flinn attended Saint Mary's University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree with a focus on Marketing. In October 2022, they obtained the certification for PAAB Training 1.0 from the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB).
