Rojin Karimi

Rojin Karimi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rojin is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at The Rounds since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining The Rounds, Rojin held various positions at AlayaCare from 2019 to 2022. Rojin was the Director of Client Experience from 2022 to 2022, Program Director from 2021 to 2022, Senior Manager of Client Services from 2019 to 2021, and Program Manager of Healthcare Application Solutions in 2019.

Additionally, they served as a Project Manager of Software Development at CBI Health Group from 2018 to 2019, and at the Ontario Chiropractic Association from 2016 to 2018. At the Ontario Chiropractic Association, they also worked as a Business System Analyst from 2015 to 2015.

Rojin's work experience also includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Aging, Community and Health Research Unit (ACHRU) at McMaster Nursing School from 2014 to 2015. Rojin started their career with an internship at Amirkabir Higher Education Institute in 2012.

Rojin Karimi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in the period from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in eHealth from McMaster University, from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their education, they obtained the "Innovators of Tomorrow Certificate" from AGE-WELL NCE INC in October 2016, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
