Freddie Fuller has over 22 years’ experience in the public transportation industry. As a Vice President at Jacobs, he looks after the emerging needs of transit in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He currently serves as the National Chair of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and as Secretary/Treasurer of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).
In the fall of 2018, Freddie was elected to a three-year term as APTA Secretary/Treasurer.At APTA Freddie also serves as chair of the finance committee and a member of the American Public Transportation Foundation (APTF) board of directors and chair of its finance committee. Fredie has also had experience with the Eno Transportation Foundation, GRTC in Richmond VA, National Transit Institute at Rutgers University, District Department of Transportation in DC, Cubic Transportation Systems and his own consulting practice, PT Consulting. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as Masters in City Planning and Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.
