Bill Belgue

Bill Belgue, CPA CA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair since February 2021. With a solid background in finance, Bill is the owner of Belgue Consulting Services Inc, which provides CFO expertise to companies on a limited basis since January 2007. Past roles include Vice President Finance and General Manager at Silver Crystal Sports, Vice President Finance at Weishaupt Design Group, and Finance Director at Avenue Road. Bill has also consulted for several organizations, including Stage Right Home Furnishings and Squareknot, enhancing operational efficiency and financial oversight. Bill’s early career featured key financial leadership roles at Intertainment Media and CSS Stellar plc, alongside consulting for the Grand Prix Association of Toronto. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
