Ezzel Elayadi

Ezzel Elayadi serves as the Head of Development Operations Delivery at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians since August 2025, focusing on supporting strategic and operational priorities through technology oversight. Prior to this role, Ezzel was the Head of Applications Delivery at Australian Red Cross, responsible for solution architecture and contributing to the IT roadmap. Experience also includes positions such as Head of Applications at NSW Land Registry Services, Manager Integration Services at The Star Entertainment Group, Development Manager at AMP, Chief Architect at Total Contract Management, and various leadership roles in application management and development across multiple organizations. Ezzel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University.
