Wayne Clark has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Wayne has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an Employee Services Coordinator at The Flagstaff Group. Wayne then worked as a Human Resources Manager and Support Services Manager at UniCentre Ltd, where they implemented HR strategies and managed a large workforce. After that, they became a Human Resources Manager at Wollongong Unicentre Ltd, where they provided strategic HR support and business partnering. Wayne later joined UOW Pulse Ltd as the Head of Human Resources, supporting the organization during a merger. Clark then worked as a People and Culture Manager at The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, and is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Wayne Clark obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wollongong between 1996 and 2000. Wayne also completed Hazard Management and Risk Assessment training at the National Safety Council of Australia in 2000. In 1998, they received a Rehabilitation Coordinator certification from Illawarra Rehabilitation Services. Additionally, Clark completed various training courses at TAFE NSW, including Occupational Health & Safety Committee Member Training in 1995, Personnel Management Advanced Certificate in 1995, and a Human Resource Practice Certificate in 1994.
