Philippa Forrester

Philippa Forrester is an experienced professional in events and fundraising, currently serving as the Events and Fundraising Officer at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh since August 2023. Prior to this role, Philippa worked as an Investment Manager at the National Lottery Heritage Fund from September 2021 to August 2023 and held the position of Supporter Relations Manager at the Edinburgh International Festival for a brief period in 2021. Philippa's earlier career includes nearly a decade at the Royal Academy of Arts as a Senior Events Manager and a role as Event Executive at the Zoological Society of London from 2008 to 2011. Philippa holds a Master of Science degree in Conservation from UCL and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Durham University.
