Sarah Gray

Sarah Gray currently serves as the Head of Governance at the Royal British Legion since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions at Blind Veterans UK, including Head of Governance and Risk, EA to the CEO, and Advocacy Manager from August 2017 to September 2024. Sarah’s experience also includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Internal Communications Lead at Royal Trinity Hospice from June 2013 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Sarah was a Project Manager at Bigfoot Arts Education, a Magistrate in a voluntary role at the Ministry of Justice UK, and held management roles at Mizuho Bank and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank focusing on finance and infrastructure projects. Sarah holds an Executive MBA from the University of Exeter Business School and a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of Exeter, alongside education from the Chartered Management Institute.
