Alice Sorby

Alice Sorby currently serves as the Director of Employment Relations at The Royal College of Midwives (RCM) since March 2022, having previously held the position of Employment Relations Advisor from February 2018 to March 2022. In these roles, Alice Sorby has focused on employment relations policy and research, including producing evidence for the NHS Pay Review Body and providing guidance to RCM members on various topics such as pay, terms and conditions, flexible working, and the impacts of menopause in the workplace. Alice Sorby earned a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Liverpool between 2005 and 2008.
