Shar Condappa

Shar Condappa is currently working as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Team at The Royal College of Midwives (RCM), since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shar held positions at Croydon College from January 2018 to November 2021, where Shar served as the Executive Office Manager to the Principal & CEO, as well as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO. From December 2012 to December 2017, Shar worked at Lewisham Southwark College in roles such as Executive Assistant and Curriculum Administrator. Shar is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at The Open University, starting in 2018.
