Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Scott started their career as a Revenue Manager at Macdonald Hotels in 2002 before moving on to become a Revenue Manager and later General Manager at the Scotsman Hotel. After that, they worked as a Resort Revenue Manager at Cameron House on Loch Lomond. In 2010, they joined The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh as the Commercial Director of Surgeons Lodge Limited, where they oversaw various operations including the Ten Hill Place Hotel and the events business. Most recently, they have been serving as the Managing Director of Surgeons Quarter at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since 2018.

Scott Mitchell attended Forfar Academy from 1983 to 1989. Scott then continued their education at the University of Dundee from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained an MA degree in Hotel & Catering Management.
