Hector Paris A. Garcia has over 20 years of experience in the field of customer insights, marketing strategy, and consumer research. Hector Paris is currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights & Marketing Strategy at The Royal Commission for AlUla since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Etihad Airways as the Head of Consumer Research & Insights from August 2014 to August 2020. Hector Paris also held the position of Group Account Director at TNS from May 2011 to July 2014, and an Account Director at Synovate from June 2010 to May 2011. At the start of their career, they served as the International Director for Brazil-Mexico at Marketing Group from January 2000 to May 2010.

Hector Paris A. Garcia holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Hector Paris also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Universidad de las Américas, A.C., from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Integrated Marketing Communications, Communication in the 21st Century Workplace, Data Science in Real Life, and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals, all from Coursera.
