Malak Alsalem

Malak Alsalem is an experienced professional in user experience and customer experience, currently serving as a Customer Experience Senior Specialist and Consultant at The Royal Commission for AlUla since December 2023. Prior to this role, Malak held the position of User Experience Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia from June to November 2023 and worked as a User Experience Specialist at The Saudi Investment Bank from February 2020 to May 2023, where user research and persona creation were central responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Experience Designer at Saudi Electronic University and as a System Analyst and Front-End Web Developer, contributing to enhancing the Facility Member System. Malak holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, an Immersive Course in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and a Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity.
