Richard Dib

Richard Dib is an accomplished professional in smart city development and data strategy, currently serving as Smart City Director at The Royal Commission for AlUla since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Data Product Director and Head of Business Development at Smart Dubai, where Richard played a pivotal role in shaping data governance frameworks and overseeing the implementation of large-scale projects such as Dubai Pulse. With a strong background in IoT, mobile networks, and product management across various organizations, including SFR, SETELIA, and Saudi Telecom Company, Richard has demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing projects, and fostering strategic partnerships throughout a diverse career in the telecommunications and smart city sectors. Richard holds two Master's degrees in Mobile Networks & Services from IMT Atlantique and Telecom Bretagne.
