Junaid Oughradar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims and contract management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Claims and Contracts Manager at The Royal Commission for Riyadh City since March 2022, Junaid provides consultancy services focused on project delivery, commercial management, and dispute resolution for the Riyadh Metro Network. Previously, as Contracts Manager at SNC-Lavalin, Junaid oversaw the Operation & Maintenance contracts for a significant metro system. Earlier roles at Transport for London included Commercial Manager and Cost Manager, where Junaid enhanced urban infrastructure projects and managed substantial project costs. Junaid began the career as a Quantity Surveyor at London Underground and contributed to youth services as a board member for the London Borough of Newham. Junaid holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University.
