Nasser Aldowayan

Nasser AlDowayan currently serves as the Senior Director of Programs and Projects at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nasser built a robust career at Aramco over 17 years, advancing through various positions including Project Manager, Supervisor of PMO, Division Head of Project Metrics in PMO, and several engineering roles. Responsibilities encompassed management of company projects, coordination of contractor activities, and oversight of project engineering teams. Additionally, Nasser held the position of Senior Vice President for Professional Training & Development at the PMI KSA Chapter from July 2020 to February 2022. Nasser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, completed in 2006.
