Kevin Bailey is the current General Manager of Maxpak at The Royal Group. Prior to this, Kevin was the Maintenance Supervisor at Sabra Dipping Company from January 2018 to August 2020. At Sabra, Kevin was responsible for the health, welfare, and education of six employees from various general contract backgrounds tasked with maintaining all organizational equipment estimated at $3M. Kevin ensured safety protocols were met and company KPI’s were exceeded every quarter, making Sabra the leading manufacturer of Hummus.
From September 2013 to December 2018, Kevin was the Operations Manager at the US Army where they supervised all aspects of operational support for personnel within the 1-210th aviation organization. Kevin generated, managed, and disseminated operational orders while coordinating land, and other training resources for Initial Military Training (IMT) students annually.
Prior to their time at the US Army, Kevin was Component Repair Supervisor at Delta Company from June 2011 to August 2013. Kevin then became Production Control Manager at Delta Company from May 2010 to May 2011. Kevin began their career at Delta Company as Aviation Maintenance Supervisor from November 2006 to April 2010.
Kevin Bailey studied Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
Kevin Bailey reports to Bob McIlvaine, CEO. They are on a team with Curt Nerenberg - EVP, Human Resources, Adam Shafer - Director of Business Development & Innovation, Retail Division, and Ken Hirsh - VP of Sales.
