The keys to this growth included implementing a 5 step sales process, selling value over price, and consistent training and evaluation. Kevin also oversaw customer service consisting of 10 CSRs.

Kevin Miller completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus in Broadcast Communications from East Carolina University.
