Lynda Fulford

Lynda Fulford currently serves as the Head of Internal Engagement and Communications at the Royal Horticultural Society, a position held since December 2022, after previously working as the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. Lynda Fulford founded Lynda Fulford Consulting, where services included strategic consultancy to leaders and teams from October 2014 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Omnicom, focusing on client service direction and employee engagement, a Journalist at UTV Media producing prime-time broadcasts, and a Senior Account Director at Kindred, leading the Northern Ireland office. Lynda Fulford's career began with the Accelerate Graduate Program at Omnicom following graduation with an MA (Hons) in Law & Business Studies from the University of Cambridge.
