Sarah McDonald

Sarah McDonald serves as the Heritage Collections Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society, a position held since July 2014, where responsibilities include the care, access, and preservation of the RHS Lindley Library heritage collections. Previously, from 1998 to June 2014, Sarah worked as a Curator at Getty Images (Hulton Archive), managing an extensive archive of over 80 million photographic media and directing conservation and research projects. Sarah's academic background includes an MA in Museum Studies from the University of Leicester and a BA Hons in Graphic Design from De Montfort University, along with additional studies at Cumbria Institute of the Arts and City Lit.
