Ross Davies

Ross Davies has extensive experience in product management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the New Product Introduction Manager and previously as the NPI Systems Manager at The Royal Mint since September 2017. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Continuous Improvement Co-Ordinator at Royal Mint. Ross began a career in engineering as a Marine Engineer Cadet at Shell Oil UK from September 1979 to June 1983. Educational background includes studies at the School of Maritime Studies in Plymouth from 1979 to 1981 and attendance at Cynffig Comprehensive from 1974 to 1979.
