Lucas Bisol

Lucas Bisol is currently serving as the Head of Visitor & Park Support at The Royal Parks, with previous experience in visitor services as the Resolutions Manager at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Prior to this, Lucas held roles in membership services and customer service management. With a background in hospitality and tourism, Lucas has also worked in roles such as Membership Development Officer at RSPB and Steward at Royal Albert Hall. Additionally, Lucas has experience in reservations and revenue management in the hotel industry. Education-wise, Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Post Graduation Diploma in Environmental Management from ULBRA - Universidade Lutherana do Brasil.
