Louisa Nightingale

Louisa Nightingale has a diverse work experience in the field of costumes and production. Louisa began their career in 2011 at Birmingham Costume Hire, where they worked on alterations and repairs of costumes. In 2012, they gained work experience in the production design team of the Still Life Feature Film, where they focused on prop research, making, and buying. Louisa then joined Merlin Entertainments in 2013 as a Production Assistant, involved in costume and prop making, theming, and maintenance. In 2015, they became a Costume and Scenic Technician at Merlin Entertainments, responsible for designing and making costumes, scenery, and props for live performances and attractions. Louisa joined the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2017 as a Costume Hire Assistant and later became the Acting Head of Costume Hire in 2023.
