Paul Ainsworth

Paul Ainsworth is a theatre professional with extensive experience in educational and participatory roles within prominent institutions. Currently serving as the Young Theatre Makers Developer at the Royal Shakespeare Company since October 2021, Ainsworth previously held various positions at The Marlowe Theatre from September 2015 to October 2021, including Associate Director for Learning and Participation, Creative Engagement Manager, and Learning and Participation Officer. Paul Ainsworth's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent, earned from 2010 to 2014.
