Wayne Dibsdall has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and mechanical services. Wayne began their career as a Maintenance Assistant at OXFORD UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS NHS TRUST in 2000 and steadily progressed to roles such as Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Services Supervisor, and Operational Estates Manager. In 2016, Dibsdall joined Oxford Brookes University as a Mechanical Services Manager, where they worked until 2021. Following this, they joined the University of Oxford as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, holding this position until 2022. Currently, Dibsdall serves as the Head of Engineering Services at the Royal Shakespeare Company, a role they started in 2022.
