Professor Derek Bell is currently the Chair at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Professor Derek also holds the position of Professor at Imperial College London and Consultant Physician at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. In the past, Professor Bell served as the President at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and as the Director at the National Institute for Healthcare Research. With an education in Medicine from The University of Edinburgh, their extensive experience and leadership roles in healthcare and research showcase their expertise in the field.
