Louise Lee Leth

Louise Lee Leth currently serves as Chef for HR og Jura at Det Kongelige Teater since April 2022. Prior to this role, Louise held various positions, including Chef for Udvikling og Organisation at Domstolsstyrelsen from April 2014 to April 2022, where responsibility included managing a team of approximately 20 employees focused on business development and organizational implementation at Danmarks Domstole. Louise also served as Uddannelseschef during the same tenure, overseeing 14 employees in education, HR development, and organizational strategy. From August 2009 to March 2014, Louise worked at Undervisningsministeriet as Chefkonsulent, contributing to the political and strategic development of the adult education sector, and held earlier roles including Corporate Information Officer at Royal Greenland and various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Educational qualifications include a Cand.jur. degree from the University of Copenhagen and several leadership certifications.
