Bruce Macbride

Bruce MacBride is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Private Dining Manager at The Royal Yacht Britannia since May 2022, Bruce previously held the position of General Manager at Ocean Mist Leith from November 2020 to May 2022. Bruce’s extensive background includes multiple roles at The Royal Yacht Britannia, where tenure as Food and Beverage Services Manager lasted from June 2006 to October 2020. Additional experience as Train Manager for the Northern Belle at Orient-Express involved overseeing operations for over 250 passengers. Previous roles at prestigious establishments such as The Chester Grosvenor and Spa and The Gleneagles Hotel further honed Bruce's skills in fine dining and hospitality. Bruce's educational foundation includes a hospitality and catering degree from Fife College of Technology, complemented by a solid grounding from Waid Academy Anstruther.
